Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your product.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. For example: item delivered on Wednesday, must be returned with tracking emailed to us by Saturday. Item delivered on Friday, must be returned with tracking on Monday. Return policy only applies to items eligible for return. Final sales, pre-orders, etc will not be eligible. A 30% restocking fee (not to exceed $400), minus shipping will automatically apply.
For example: if your unit is $500, a 30% restocking fee of $150 minus shipping will automatically be deducted from the refund. If your unit is $1500, instead of a 30% restocking fee of $450, a $400 restocking fee minus shipping will incur.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original, factory condition. Original factory condition means the item(s) is unaltered (which includes brushing, combing or cutting), unworn, undamaged, free of odors, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If any component is missing or altered no refund or exchange can be given. Due to the sanitary nature of wigs and hairpieces these guidelines are strictly enforced. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us. There is a 30% restocking fee on returns not to exceed $400.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus original shipping cost and restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at infoinvoguewigs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 business day if you believe your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests for a defective product review received after 2 business days will not be honored.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom made wigs/Custom colored wigs/ Custom cut wigs/Custom alterations to size. Custom wigs are personalized to fit your measurements and cannot be resold or restocked. Custom colored or highlighted wigs. Once your wig has been personalized to fit your color request, no returns will be accepted. Custom cut wigs. Once you wig has been cut to your requested length, no returns will be accepted.
Final sale items. Once purchased, these items are not eligible for a refund. Please proofread your order wisely before making a selection.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.
All refund will be returned to the same form of payment used to complete your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made on any wig purchase except for custom orders, clearance, or final sale items
Your first exchange is FREE. Simply return your eligible exchange item(s) postmarked within 3 days of original receipt. Please note you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) back to us. When submitting a return request, add subject line : "Credit" to indicate you want an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s) for exchange, we will email you a store credit in the form of a coupon code. This one-time coupon code will be for the merchandise value of your returned item minus original shipping cost. Go to www.invoguemedicalwigsbeyond.com, shop for a replacement item, and use the coupon code upon checkout.
We allow one exchange, on one order at no charge. Subsequent exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
In the event the item(s) you wish to exchange for is out of stock, or on back order you may choose to wait for the item(s) or choose to a different item.
