Shipping policy

For all custom wigs, please allow 12 weeks to custom make your unit, package, and ship. Our units are carefully hand-tied closures and frontals  constructed and made via sewing machine with the measurements that you provided to us. This takes time and precision. Refunds will not be issued for any custom order for any reason so please be sure that you can wait the estimated 12 weeks for your item. Please double check that you have the proper measurements before submitting them to us. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or measurements not taken by us and will not accept refunds or exchanges on measurements that you supply to us yourself. If you would like to set up a 15 min measurement consultation, please email us and we will set you up a zoom appointment. A $30 non refundable consultation fee is required at time of booking.

Shipping options: 

Fed Ex 2 day: your ready to ship item will be shipped to you within the 3-5 business days via FedEx 2 day shipping. Please note: if you order an item on 12/1 you will not receive tracking on 12/3. Your item will ship within 3-5 business days (weekends not included), you will receive your item 2 days after shipment notification occurs. 

USPS Priority: your ready to ship item will be shipped to you within the 3-5 business days via USPS Priority shipping. Please note: if you order an item on 12/1 you will not receive tracking on 12/3. Your item will ship within 3-5 business days (weekends not included), you will receive your item 3 or more days after shipment notification occurs. 

Please note: We are in no way responsible for any shipping delays that occur once your item is processed via the shipping services listed above. 

Expedited Shipping: If you are ordering and need your wig in an expedited time frame. ie: (I need a wig for my 40th birthday, next week) please contact us to see if we can honor your request.
